iPod Nano

Back in early April my good colleague and illustrious MobilityGuru editor Barry Gerber ripped Apple, and anything beginning with a lowercase "i", a new one. To refresh your memory (or fill you in on the gaps), our Barry doesn't like this whole "icon of the twenty-first century" malarkey, nor is he a major fan of the DRM restrictions which accompany iTunes.

However I believe that Barry has misdirected his anger somewhat, and while many of those who work with or around me will attest to you that I'm the biggest cynic roaming the TG Publishing Empire (and there's some stiff competition, let me tell you); I don't see a problem with Apple's business strategy of selling the iPod's high and then continuing to make a killing out of iTunes. In fact, I think the entire iPod Empire is the best thing since sliced bread.
